“I genuinely care.
I take time to listen and understand your concerns, then expertly devise a treatment plan unique to your needs so you can achieve your best version of yourself.”
Dr. Veronique Pangia, NMD, AAT, is a naturopathic doctor licensed in Arizona as a primary care physician, practicing with a focus on women’s health and integrative mental health. She is passionate about assisting women in reclaiming their lives and achieving optimal health - in body, mind, and spirit - with a compassionate application of cutting-edge medical knowledge.
The root causes of complex health concerns are addressed with individualized solutions. She takes a collaborative approach, empowering her patients with knowledge and tools to support the body’s innate healing capacity. “Naturopathic medicine allows me to embrace the art of medicine, providing creative solutions and personalized care versus the conventional medical approach of standard protocols for symptom management.”
From a young age, Dr. Pangia knew she would practice medicine. After graduating with honors from Wellesley College, she earned her Naturopathic Medical Doctorate from Bastyr University in 2000. She credits a meditation class at The Open Center in NYC for her discovery of Naturopathic Medicine, which at that time was virtually unknown outside of the Pacific Northwest. Today, Dr. Pangia proudly continues her family’s tradition of trailblazing medicine.
Dr. Pangia is regarded as a bioidentical hormone expert and has trained physicians and medical students on the clinical application of BHRT (Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy), thyroid, and adrenal management both as an instructor at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and at Medical Conferences. Her pioneering BHRT-focused medical clinic, Menopause Solutions, served women of all ages. The practice also provided general care and focused service to families including men and children. She took temporary leave from clinical practice to raise her children while maintaining active licensure and broadening her medical knowledge and skillset.
Dr. Pangia has served as Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association (AZNMA). She is an active member of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, the Psychiatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the I.V. Micronutrient Group, and POCA. She has advanced training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Therapy, IV Nutrient Therapy, auriculotherapy, and traumatic brain injury. She offers Battlefield Acupuncture for pain and PTSD, NADA auriculotherapy, orthomolecular and nutritional therapies, botanical medicine, peptides, PRP, naturopathic counseling, and hope for chronic infections and complex medical problems, all from a trauma-informed perspective.
Dr. Pangia is available for telemedicine and in-office visits.
One of my mentors, the late Dr. William “Bill” Mitchell, said that if we listen closely
enough, our patients will tell us what’s wrong with them. I have taken that to heart and it
has rung so true.
