“I genuinely care.
I take time to listen and understand your concerns, then expertly devise a treatment plan unique to your needs so you can achieve your best version of yourself.”
Dr. Veronique Pangia, NMD, AAT, has been a board certified naturopathic physician for almost 24 years, practicing with a focus on women’s health and mind-body medicine. She is passionate about assisting patients in reclaiming their lives and achieving optimal health - in body, mind, and spirit - with a compassionate application of cutting-edge medical knowledge.
The root causes of complex health concerns are addressed with individualized solutions. She takes a collaborative approach, empowering her patients with knowledge and tools to support their body’s innate healing capacity. “Naturopathic medicine allows me to embrace the art of medicine, providing creative solutions and personalized care versus the conventional medical approach of standard drugs and procedures for symptom management.”
From a young age, Dr. Pangia knew she would practice medicine. After graduating with honors from Wellesley College, she earned her Naturopathic Medical Doctorate from world renowned Bastyr University in 2000. She credits a meditation class at The Open Center in NYC for her discovery of Naturopathic Medicine, which at that time was virtually unknown outside of the Pacific Northwest. Today, Dr. Pangia proudly continues her family’s tradition of trailblazing medicine.
Dr. Pangia is regarded as a menopause and bio-identical hormone expert and has trained physicians and medical students on the clinical application of BHRT (Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy), thyroid, and adrenal management as an instructor of medical students and physicians. Her first practice, a pioneering BHRT-focused medical clinic called Menopause Solutions, served women of all ages. The practice also provided care to families seeking root-cause medicine. With an appetite for knowledge, she consistently exceeds the annual requirements for continuing medical education, broadening her medical knowledge and skillset.
Dr. Pangia has served on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association (AZNMA) and she is an active member of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association, the Psychiatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the I.V. Micronutrient Group, POCA, and the HRC. She has advanced training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Peptide Therapy, IV Nutrient Therapy, auriculotherapy, addiction, intimate partner violence, PTSD, and traumatic brain injury. She offers Battlefield Acupuncture, NADA auriculotherapy, orthomolecular and nutritional therapies, botanical medicine, peptides, PRP, naturopathic counseling and psychiatry, and hope for chronic infections and complex medical problems, all from a trauma-informed and trauma-focused perspective.
Dr. Pangia is available for telemedicine and in-office visits throughout Arizona.
One of my mentors, the late Dr. William “Bill” Mitchell, said that if we listen closely
enough, our patients will tell us what’s wrong with them. I have taken that to heart and it
has rung so true.
